Business Development Director (US) - Remote
The world’s TV viewing is rapidly migrating to internet-based production and delivery. Wurl is the market leader in helping content companies distribute and monetize their video programming. Our B2B network reaches over 150 million TVs delivering hundreds of millions of hours of programming and billions of ads for Wurl customers. Wurl enables leading content companies to create and manage streaming TV channels, live broadcasts, and on-demand content for distribution to streamers around the world. Wurl is based in Palo Alto, CA (HQ) and has offices in Santa Monica, New York and London.

Business Development Director – Video Service Platforms
We are hiring a Business Development Director to help us create and move deals through the pipeline and support our overall business development strategy, specifically with adding new Video Service Platforms to the Wurl Network. This role will handle inbound leads for potential platform partners but will primarily work proactively to find and sign up new strategic platforms within targeted markets worldwide. The Business Development Director – Video Service Platforms will initially report to the SVP Worldwide Business Development and will work with our sales and operations teams to identify platforms, complete the necessary agreements and work with the sales team in identifying appropriate Video Producers to launch on those platforms. In addition to securing new platforms, this role will maintain and nurture relationships of existing platforms from a Business Development perspective.
