Wurl, Inc is looking for a Studio Liaison on our content ops team. 


  • Acts as contact for studios when on-boarding to the Wurl Platform, as well as for day-to-day needs
  • Works closely with studios during channel launches, which may include assistance with scheduling and programming daily broadcasts
  • Must have an eye for current entertainment and programming trends
  • Relays any technical needs to engineering team (includes on-boarding, day-to-day functionality, or needs within the Wurl Platform)
  • Initiates internal processes for ongoing content ingestion, content delivery and new connector set up
  • Monitors channels to be sure schedules are being processed, scheduled and broadcast as expected
  • Programs and schedules Wurl O&O channels, as needed
  • Works with engineering team to report any Wurl Platform issues
  • Act as QA for any new Wurl Platform features/bug fixes


  • 1-3 years of experience working in the entertainment industry with a client relations focus
  • Strong listening skills and ability to understand client needs
  • Excellent communicator who can handle multiple customers in demanding situations
  • Takes pride in client satisfaction
  • Attention to detail is a must
  • Bachelor’s degree required 

This position is primarily located in Santa Monica, California, with minimal travel and will require hours outside of the typical work week.
