These Terms of Use (“TOU”) govern your access to and use of the Platform and any services provided through the Platform (the “Service”). By accessing or using this Platform or Service, you agree to be bound by these TOU and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of these TOU, do not use or access the Platform or Service. If you are using this Platform or Service on behalf of another party (such as your employer), you represent and warrant that you have the authority to do so and to accept these TOU on their behalf.

Modification of TOU

Wurl reserves the right to (i) modify, discontinue or terminate the Platform and Service, or (ii) modify these TOU or any related terms and conditions governing your use of the Platform and Service at any time without advance notice. If we modify these TOU, we will give notice to all registered Wurl users of the new terms and all modified terms and conditions will be effective after they are initially posted on the Platform (unless a longer notice period is required by applicable law). If any modified terms and conditions are not acceptable to you, your only recourse is to cease using the Platform and Service, and if applicable, cancel your account with us. Your use of the Platform or the Service after we have provided such notice will represent your acceptance of the revised TOU.

Wurl Service

Wurl, as part of its Service, makes available a searchable index of thousands of public video Feeds, which users may search and to which they may subscribe or “Follow”. A “Feed” is a collection or series of videos that are made available by a single publisher. Subscribers may also add to the Wurl inventory of video Feeds. You agree that Wurl has no responsibility or liability for any message or other communication or content maintained or transmitted via the Platform or the Service.
